Lee County Schools is committed to investing in our staff. Tonight at the Board of Ed meeting, we recognized ten Assistant Principals who were the first group to complete the intensive Lee Leadership Development Program over the last year. We're proud of this group and their desire to grow and thrive!

Our teachers are constantly learning, loving, teaching and transforming at Lee County Schools. Taking a rigorous two-year LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) professional learning course was no easy feat. That is why we are celebrating the #LiteracyChampions in all of our elementary schools. Each elementary teacher who has been in the district for the last two years has completed this critical training.
Thank you to each of our teachers for their commitment to transforming lives through literacy learning in Lee County Schools.#LETRS

The Tradition Continues. Today, Southern Lee High School Seniors from the Class of 2024 got to visit their old elementary schools and parade through the halls in cap and gown in a tradition we call "Senior Walks." These walks bring back so many memories, for the seniors and teachers, while giving the current elementary students a peek at what is to come.
