The theatre dept is excited to announce auditions for the spring musical! We are doing The Wiz!! Auditions will be after school Thursday Jan. 9 for about 3 hours. Callbacks will be Jan. 10. There is a musical audition workshop Tuesday Jan. 7th to help you prepare.

Many of our students are in holiday spirit!

Please carefully review which CTE courses along with Biology, English 2, Math 1 and Math 3 have final exams that are in-person. Dismissal is at 12:30. PM. Only students with the posted courses should be on campus Dec. 16-20, 2024.

Oh no! Santa seems to have a little imposter! Make sure to wear reindeer antlers, santa hats, or elf ears on Wednesday and continue to be in the holiday spirit!

Select CTE courses have in-person final exams given during FINAL EXAM WEEK (Dec. 16-18). See the list of courses and dates posted. Students taking any of the four EOC Exam classes (Biology, English 2, Math 1 and Math 3) will also have to be present for their exam. The schedule is based by which block they have the course. For example, a student with English 2 during 2nd block will have their exam at 8:00 am on Tuesday, December 17. All students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM. There are no early sign-outs. Make up exam day is Friday, December 20th. Students should not be on campus unless they have a course listed.

Prom Committee, please plan to meet in Ms. Guin's room, 510 at around 3:20 on Wednesday, December 11th. This will be a working meeting, so please come prepared with ideas. See Ms. Guin for questions.

Attendance waivers are now available in the front office. They will be due to the front office by Wednesday, 12/11 by 3 pm. Only students who have missed more than 20 blocks in classes need to apply and must still complete the portfolios. Documentation needs to be provided.

The Crafty Cavs meeting has been rescheduled for next Thursday, December 12. It will be the last meeting of the semester, and we will begin working on more advanced crochet stitches, and the magic circle. Please see Ms. Guin for questions.
