As LTC McIntyre steps into retirement, he does so with the satisfaction of a job well done and the respect of those he mentored and led. His legacy of leadership will continue to resonate through the stories and accomplishments of the students he inspired.
On his final day, amid the heartfelt farewells and expressions of gratitude, LTC McIntyre found himself reflecting on the countless memories made over the years. From early morning drills to the proud moments of pinning on new ranks, each experience was a thread in the rich tapestry of his career. The camaraderie and shared mission with SGM Thaggard enriched those days, adding a layer of friendship that extends beyond their military service.
As they stood side by side, reminiscing about their shared journey, it was clear that their impact would be felt long into the future. The values they instilled—honor, courage, and commitment—will continue to guide the next generation of leaders, ensuring that their legacy endures.
Remember that Q1 and Q2 grades count 40% of your overall grade. The other 20% is your final exam. In the example, Sarah raised her Q2 grade from a 70 to a 90. Did it make a difference? YES! Her grade for the semester was a 90 instead of an 82.
Charlie raised his Q2 grade by 20 points, too. His grade for the semester went from a 72 to an 80.
Every assignment makes a difference.
