Last week, Ms. Reece's class took a field trip with the Pod and Ms. Lewis' class to get Friendsgiving items at Walmart. Every student shopped for and paid for 2-3 items. Today, Ms. Reece's and Ms.Hendrick's class prepared those items and made chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, rolls, and pies for our Friendsgiving! Everyone did a great job cooking and setting the table! Happy Thanksgiving!

Last week, our school age classes read “Balloons Over Broadway: The True Story of the Puppeteer of Macy’s Parade” and learned about Tony Sarg- the man who designed the original parade balloons. We talked more about the parade and how the balloons have changed over time. The kids got to choose characters to make into their own “balloons” and yesterday we took them on a parade around campus. We had such a great time!

When we ask our families what they need; the overwhelming majority say "they need a community of people who "get it". Oftentimes they identify feelings of isolation. Our November 14th Falcon Family Night is focused on just that. We would love for you to join us for a parent gathering facilitated by the fantastic Becky Stern. Dinner and childcare will be provided. Please use this link to RSVP. https://forms.gle/h9TPieo45boSQAET7
