Today, we are celebrating three wonderful staff members going into old & new roles this school year! Mrs. Maultsby and Mrs. Matsik are both going back to teach 5th grade! Ms. Atkins is now our BIP Teacher Assistant and will support all students at Deep River!

We officially welcomed Ms Edmundson & Ms Stover at Lee County School's new teacher academy yesterday! We are so excited for them to start this journey with Lee County Schools! 💚💙🐊

Join us for a campus clean-up on Monday, August 3 from 4 to 5:30 pm! We want to start the new year with fresh and ready-to-go for our students! Please bring tools such as weed eaters, trimmers, pressure washers, and gardening tools! We will have popsicles for all volunteers!

This school year, Mrs. Cotton is going back to the 2nd grade and Mrs. Steiner is now going to support all AIG students as a our AIG teacher!

The first day of school is on Tuesday, August 11 for first to fifth graders. Kindergartens will have staggered entry- please check your mail to see when your student is assigned to come. All kindergartens are going to come on Monday, August 18!
