This year, Lee County Schools and the Lee County Association of Educators are co-hosting our annual Scholars Night to celebrate the achievements of our district's students on Monday, May 13th at 7 PM. LCHS has an exciting 84 students that qualified as scholars (earning A's for quarters 1-3), including the only eighth year scholar. It would be wonderful for Lee County High School students to be cheered on by the educators and parents who impact them every day in their school. We hope to see you there!

The Math 2 Honors students had the opportunity to learn some calculator coding earlier this week. These students were given a program code and had to enter it correctly into their TI-84 calculators. If the calculator was programmed correctly, they would display the Sierpinski Triangle. The Sierpinski triangle is a self-similar fractal. It consists of an equilateral triangle, with smaller equilateral triangles recursively removed from its remaining area. , which is named after the Polish mathematician Wacław Sierpiński. Just look at that confidence!!! WE LOVE STEM AT LCHS!!!
