LCHS will also offer the Weekend SAT on May 2, 2026.

PreACT score reports are now available for students to pick up from Core 2202 on Monday, November 10. This assessment provides valuable insight into your child’s academic strengths and areas for growth, as well as an early prediction of how they might perform on the ACT.
Parents may also access the Parent Portal to view the score reports online. Instructions in English and Spanish are attached below for your convenience.
Along with the score report, students receive a detailed breakdown of their results and suggestions for improvement in each subject area. We encourage you to review these materials together and discuss ways your child can continue developing the skills that will support their success on future college and career readiness assessments.
If you have any questions about your child’s scores or how to interpret the report, please feel free to contact me or your child’s school counselor.
Thank you for your continued support in helping our students prepare for their future success.
Best regards,
Angie Raley
Test Coordinator

A group of LCHS students attended CCCC’s National Manufacturing Day Industry Showcase on October 3. During the event, students completed MFG Day Bingo by talking with industry employers and education partners. Out of more than 500 participants, LCHS student Zoe was one of five winners selected to receive a CCCC prize pack — which she was surprised with this morning! 👏💡🔧
