Bus 84 is running 30 minutes behind schedule due to a cranking issue. Please keep students safe and watch for the bus.
Due to the potential for winter weather, Lee County Schools will release students early on Friday, January 10, 2025.
We will release at 12:00 noon.
Boys and Girls Club will be CLOSED tomorrow.
Please send a note to your child's teacher if you need to make a change to their transportation, meaning they will go home a different way tomorrow than normal.
NO TRANSPORTATION CHANGES WILL BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE. THEY MUST BE IN WRITING AT THE SCHOOL BY 9 AM.

🎥📚 JRI Read Aloud Movie Night: Matilda 🌟
We can’t wait to see our JRI families tonight for a magical evening of reading and fun! Over the past weeks, we’ve been reading Matilda aloud at school, and we’re so excited to see how the movie compares to the book.
🕕 When: The movie starts promptly at 6:05 PM
🚪 Where: Enter through the back of the building and head to The Nest
🍿 What to Bring: Your own drinks and snacks to enjoy!
After the movie, don’t forget to check out our Lost and Found to help any missing items find their way home. Unclaimed items will be donated next Friday, so be sure to take a look before you leave.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As part of our ongoing commitment to student safety and security, we conducted a Code Red Lockdown Drill today at school. This drill is designed to prepare students and staff for the highest level of threat to the school.
During the drill, students were asked to sit away from doors and windows, and the lights in classrooms were turned off. Teachers reviewed the importance of staying quiet, listening carefully, and following directions immediately.
Throughout the year, we will continue to conduct lockdown drills, along with fire and tornado drills, to ensure that everyone in our school is prepared to react quickly and appropriately in any emergency. These practices help us refine our procedures and ensure the safety of all students and staff.
We appreciate your support as we work together to prioritize safety at our school. If you have any questions or concerns about today’s drill or our safety protocols, please do not hesitate to contact us.

🌟 Eagles Doing Good! 🌟
Mrs. Dakdouk and two of our amazing Eagles, Franklin and Josiah, were spotted kicking off their vacation in the best way—by giving back to the community! They volunteered at the Christian United Outreach Center (CUOC) in Sanford, spreading kindness and making a difference. 💙💛
The CUOC of Sanford is a vital resource for families in Lee County, offering assistance with food, clothing, and emergency financial aid. Their mission is to support those in need and help our neighbors get back on their feet. Franklin and Josiah spent their time lending a hand and living out the values we hold dear at J.R. Ingram—working together and leading by example!
