📢 Calling All Parents, Families, and Community Members! We need your help at the Lee County PTO Thrift Shop! Profits from the Thrift Shop go directly to support Lee County Schools, but we must log a minimum of 150 volunteer hours to qualify for funds. Right now, we have 0 hours for this school year. Let's change that together! The PTO Thrift Shop, located on Steele Street, is open from 9-4, Tuesday through Saturday. All you have to do is sign in when you arrive! You may be asked to sweep, hang clothes, or straighten racks – every little bit helps! The more hours we contribute as a school, the more funds we can earn for our students. Visit the Lee County PTO Thrift Store on Facebook for more info. Let’s work together to support our school and our kids! 🦅 #WildAboutLearning #CommunityStrong #LeeCountyPTO

Thank you to all the families and staff who made last night’s Cultural Night a huge success! We had an incredible turnout with about 15 booths representing different countries, including Jamaica, the Philippines, Colombia, Guyana, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador. These booths showcased fascinating facts, unique artifacts like money and pottery, and even delicious food samples. A special thank you to our third graders and Mr. Miller for their wonderful song and dances, and to Magesti 4-H for preparing and performing several dances. None of this would have been possible without the vision and dedication of Ms. Sanchez. We are so grateful for everyone’s hard work in making this event unforgettable! #CulturalNight #CommunitySpirit #WildAboutLearning

Ms. Roberts’ kindergarten class had an exciting week investigating apples! They explored the theme of apples through reading, math, and science activities. The fun culminated with a taste test of different apple varieties, where students voted for their favorites before graphing the results. A delicious way to learn!

Our first-ever Letteland Parade was a huge success! We loved seeing all of our favorite Letterland characters come to life, from Clever Cat and Firefighter Fred to Kicking King and Vicky Violet. A big thank you to all the families who attended or viewed online, and an extra shout-out for the amazing costumes you helped create. We also want to thank our dedicated kindergarten teachers for pouring their hearts into guiding our students’ learning every day. What a fantastic celebration of early literacy and creativity!
