Car rider tags will be emailed to the parent email addresses on file. Printed tags will be available by request only.

Please make sure to download The Class Dojo ApP. We will continue to use the the LCS App but not the Rooms feature.

🎨✨ Our students truly shined at the Festival of the Arts! ✨🎨
From bold brushstrokes to creative designs, their artwork was a beautiful reflection of their talent, imagination, and hard work. It was inspiring to see their creativity on full display during the art show — each piece telling a story and showing just how gifted our Eagles are.
The arts remind us that every child has a voice—and sometimes, that voice speaks through color, texture, and design. We are so proud of our young artists! 🖌️💛

📣 EOG Testing Reminder for Grades 3–5! 📝
This week is a big one for our 3rd–5th grade students—they’ll be taking their End-of-Grade (EOG) tests!
Monday ELA
Tuesday Science for 5th grade only
Wendsay Math
Please help set your child up for success by doing the following:
✅ Make sure they get a good night's sleep
✅ Send them to school on time and with breakfast or encourage them to eat breakfast at school
✅ Remind them to try their best, work hard, and read carefully
✅ For math, encourage them to show their work
✅ If they finish early, they should review their answers
✅ No electronic devices (execpt for school provided computers and calculators) are allowed in the testing sessions
💡 Testing alongside their peers—just like they've practiced all year—helps students feel more confident and perform better.

A Legacy of Literacy
It’s hard to put into words the impact Mrs. Pamela Ard has made at J.R. Ingram. From classrooms to small groups, her love for teaching reading has opened doors for countless children. Her kindness, wisdom, and warmth have also made her a beloved colleague and mentor.
As she retires, we send her off with all our love and gratitude. Thank you, Mrs. Ard, for sharing your gift with us.

Today, some third-grade students had the opportunity to participate in a virtual cultural exchange with children from the Soacha Sucre School in Bogota, Colombia.
The students used some words, expressions, and ideas they had been learning in Spanish class, and the children from the other school also attempted to communicate in English, which made the experience fun for the children and teachers from both countries.
