Good morning! We have received report of an accident on Colon road near Deep River road. Traffic has been diverted to Farrell Road. If this causes delays with arrival then students won't be marked tardy and will still be given breakfast when they arrive. Please be careful on your way to school.

Hello! Bus 19 students will have a substitute bus driver and bus for this week. Mrs. Bowman, the bus driver from last week, will continue to drive. We will be using Bus 187 until Bus 19 is fixed. Thank you for your patience!

The 31 winning tickets were drawn this afternoon by some members of the Deep River family! Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket. We raised close to $10,000 for Mr Jorge! Mrs Cheryl Ashley will call all the winners this afternoon! 💚💙🐊

Congratulations to our 5th grade track team for finishing 1st in today's elementary track meet!! They brought the trophy home for the 3rd year in a row!! These students competed all day against other elementary schools across the district. We had the highest amount of students who placed first in their competition! Our student body celebrated these students at the end of our Fun Run Pep Rally. 🏃♂️🏃♀️🐊💚💙
Happy National Librarian day to Mrs. Lawler! Mrs. Lawler is our amazing librarian at Deep River and we are so lucky to have her! Mrs. Lawler not only runs our library, teaches classes, co-advises our Battle of the Books and Student Council, plus runs our annual book fair, helps out with her other resource teachers, and much more!
