Good Evening Tiger Families! We are glad to announce that school will resume tomorrow on a regular schedule! This week we will celebrate CTE week! Each day our students will dress to show off their future career goals! On Tuesday, February 25th, we will have a First Grade Parent Night beginning at 4:30pm. Come out to meet the teachers, discuss the curriculum, and more! We are still in need of volunteers for our 2nd and 3rd grade small groups. if you are interested, please contact Mr. Beasley. Please remember that every Wednesday we have T&M Barber School on campus offering free haircuts to students who have a permission slip on file. If you have any questions about this, please contact Ms. Evans. As always, our tardy bell rings at 7:55am. Please make sure that your child arrives to school on time each day. If they are late you must sign them in at the front office. For students with excessive tardies, we are starting to make parent phone calls. Due to the continued weather conditions that are predicted overnight and tomorrow, Lee County Schools will operate on a Remote Learning Schedule for Thursday, February 20th. We encourage all students to continue working on the packets that were sent home yesterday with all students. All staff please stay home and do not report to school for any reason. There will be no school tomorrow! Tomorrow will be a remote learning day, all students have been given work to work on. Stay warm!❄️🌨️
Due to the possibility of winter precipitation beginning as early as 10 am, Lee County Schools will operate on a remote learning day for all students and staff members on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. There will be no live instruction on this day. Students have been given assignments to complete and submit in order to receive attendance credit. They will have five days to complete these assignments. All campuses will be closed, and no staff should report to their sites. Staff members should consult with their immediate supervisors regarding work that needs to be completed from home. We will continue to monitor local and national weather reports. As the week progresses, we will post updates regarding delays and cancellations on our district website and our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages. We will also alert local media outlets.
