Do not forget that this week, we have our end of grade testing on Tuesday through Thursday! It is very important students are on time to school these days so we can start at 8:00 am.



Thank you to our SanLee PTSO and Stubbs BBQ for a delicious lunch on the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week! Our teachers and staff had duty free lunch so they were able to sit down and relax with another today! We loved celebrating our teachers all this week!








For the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week, we are celebrating our EC department and our teacher assistants! These wonderful teachers work with our students in all grade levels and support them in and out of their classrooms! These teacher assistants support our students wherever we need them from the classroom, media center, and in small groups. Plus, they help get our students to and from school as bus drivers! Thank you for everything that you do for the Stallion Nation!



Attention all 6th-grade families, our 6th grade students were given letters this week about the required immunizations for all 7th-graders! Students must turn in updated immunizations before September 12, 2024 (30 days from the first day of school). If you have any questions, then please contact Nurse Hannah.



Our second arts event was our spring band and orchestra concert! Ms Taylor and her students performed several different pieces for their families and loved ones! Our 8th graders were also celebrated at the end of the concert. Great job to all of our art students on both events!










Today, our students showcased their work in the arts! First, our art club students had a showcase of their different projects from storyboards to stained "glass" creations. Thank you to our families and loved ones for looking at their exhibit!









Today for Teacher Appreciation Week, we are highlighting our electives department! They are a hard group of working teachers who provide our students with different opportunities to explore their interests! Thank you for being teachers, coaches, bus drivers, tutors, and more to our students! Families, please tell us why you love our electives teachers!


All students' medication will need to be picked up by Friday, May 24th at noon (12 pm). If your student has medicine at school, then they will be getting a letter from Nurse Hannah with more information. Please contact Nurse Hannah if you have any questions!

Good morning! Starting next week Tuesday, we will have our End of Grade testing! It is important for students to be on time to school so we can start testing right away at 8:00 am! Families, please make sure to drop your student off to school by 7:40. Thank you!



The LCHS Dance Team will sponsor tryouts for the 2024-2025 season on Friday, May 24th at Kelly's School of Dance in downtown Sanford. Tryouts will run from 3:30 - 5:30. You must have proof of a current sports physical to try out.
