Congratulations to our student teacher, Ms. Taylor Aldridge, on her graduation on Friday! Ms. Alridge has been working with Mrs. Cotton in 2nd and 3rd grade over the last two semesters. We will miss you down at the river!

Today we celebrated two fantastic women as they started their next journey— retirement! Congratulations to Mrs Groce and Mrs Reives on your retirement today! We appreciate everything you have done for our students and staff!! The two of you will be missed!


Good afternoon! Due to a shortage of bus drivers, we are making same changes to PM dismissal:
1. Galvin Ridge students will be first load on Bus 108
2. Boys & Girl club students will be dropped off by Bus 19
3. Bus 108 students will be second load and will leave school around 2:50 pm
Buses 54, 19, and 49 have sub drivers this afternoon. We appreciate your patience for any possible delays. Thank you!

Bus 54 is starting its route now the Sub Driver is Mr. Soriano. The route is about 30 minutes behind schedule.
Good morning! Mrs Wanda Coggins is out the remainder of the week. The sub driver, Mr Soriano, is experiencing mechanical issues with Bus 54 so the route is delayed until a mechanic can look at the bus. I’ll send an alert out when the bus starts its route.

Mark your calendar! Our kindergarten and 3rd grade students will have their winter music concert next Tuesday, December 09 at 6 pm. We ask that all students come by 5:45 to get ready for the concert. Students will also perform for the student body earlier in the day!

We enjoyed the last day before Thanksgiving break with some fun both in the classrooms and as a staff! We had turkeys in the 1st grade, a yummy staff potluck, and many of our students enjoyed their own Charlie Brown thanksgiving!
