Mark your calendar! Our kindergarten and 3rd grade students will have their winter music concert next Tuesday, December 09 at 6 pm. We ask that all students come by 5:45 to get ready for the concert. Students will also perform for the student body earlier in the day!

We enjoyed the last day before Thanksgiving break with some fun both in the classrooms and as a staff! We had turkeys in the 1st grade, a yummy staff potluck, and many of our students enjoyed their own Charlie Brown thanksgiving!

Good morning! Here is our schedule for next week. We do have two school days for students and staff on Monday & Tuesday. From Wednesday to Friday, we will have 3 holidays for Thanksgiving Break!

- New for Today: Ms. Monjar will be driving Bus 41 students home today.
- Bus 49 students will be dropped off by Bus 193.
- Galvin Ridge students will be dropped off by Bus 108 this afternoon in a first load.
- Boys & Girls students will be dropped off by Bus 19 at the club.
- Bus 108 students will be dropped off by Bus 108 in a second load. They will be about 10 to 15 minutes later than normal due to the second load.

Ms Atkins is starting her route back up now.
Bus 49 is delayed on its route due to mechanical issues. The bus is in town picking up students. We will send out a message when it starts it route again. Ms Atkins has the students and they are safe.
Deep River will be closed on Tuesday November 11 in honor of Veterans Day! Thank you for your service!

We are excited to have the Season of Harvest lunch with our students and families the week of Nov. 17! Students were given the sign-up sheet today and should have brought it home today or will bring it home tomorrow! If you are interested in attending, then please fill out the form and return it by Monday. Please note that the 4th-grade students have a field trip on Thursday, Nov. 20, so their lunch will be packed for the field trip.


Good morning! Bus 49 is having mechanical issues so bus garage is sending out a sub bus for Mrs Atkins to continue the route. If your student has not been picked up yet then there will be a delay while we wait for the sub bus. All students already picked up are safe and with Mrs Atkins on Bus 49.
ESL families, we will have our ESL parent night next Thursday, November 13 at 5:30 pm in our Media Center! We look forward to seeing you there!


Two reminders for this week- daylight savings ends on Sunday so we all get one extra hour tomorrow! Plus, students do not have school on Tuesday with election day!




Our students had some creative lessons this week! Mrs Johnson's class had some Halloween fun! Our 5th grade did Fear Factor in ELA yesterday!
