🐾 This week NC Check ins for grades 3-5th 📖 Reading: Tomorrow Tuesday, March 18th 💻Math: Thursday, March 20th 💻 The NC Check-Ins are assessments designed to track student progress in key subjects like math, reading, and science. They help teachers identify areas where students may need additional support before the end-of-year tests. 🙌🏻 Encourage your children to give their best effort during the NC Check-Ins. Remind them that these assessments are an opportunity to see how much they’ve learned and to grow in areas that need more attention. 🐾 A positive attitude and effort can make a big difference! 🐾 Esta semana, evaluaciones de NC Check-In para 3.º a 5.º grado 📖 Lectura: Mañana, martes, 18 de marzo 💻 Matemáticas: Jueves, 20 de marzo 💻 Las evaluaciones de NC Check-In son evaluaciones diseñadas para monitorear el progreso de los estudiantes en materias clave como matemáticas, lectura y ciencias. Ayudan a los maestros a identificar áreas en las que los estudiantes podrían necesitar apoyo adicional antes de los exámenes de fin de año. 🙌🏻 Animen a sus hijos a esforzarse al máximo durante las evaluaciones de NC Check-In. And that’s a wrap on our last Underground Spirit Week! We had so much fun, and the students enjoyed each day, sometimes with a little bit of confusion, but always with smiles on their faces. What a great way to celebrate together!

Congratulations to the 2nd and 3rd graders on their wonderful performance of The Cuckoo: A Mexican Folktale concert! Your hard work, talent, and enthusiasm truly brought this beautiful story to life. We are so proud of you! A special thank you to Mrs. Watson for the tremendous work and dedication in making this performance such a success!

The Broadway Wildcats’ Honorable Mention Teacher of the Month does a fabulous job presenting curriculum. She comes up with creative ideas and supports staff and students. She conducts beautiful programs and our school is fortunate to have her on our team. Congratulations to the teacher of the month, Erin Watson! The Broadway Wildcats’ Honorable Mention Staff of the Month brings great professional experience to her role. She is always thinking of new ways to spark student interest in areas that students have difficulty with. She cares about showing students the importance of character and good manners. She is a wonderful asset to our tutor team. Congratulations, Ethel Chandler!

Bus 86 has a sub bus BUS 1114. Bus 1114 is on the road now to pick up those students.

Bus 86 is delayed 20 to 30 minutes due to a mechanical issue. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will update when bus is on the road. Please also check the Here Comes the Bus app.

This Thursday our 2nd and 3rd graders will be presenting their concert, The Cuckoo, based on a Mexican Folk Tale. The concert is at 6pm in the Auditorium. Students should arrive by 5:30 and report to the gym to line up with their classes. We are looking forward to a wonderful evening!

Mark your calendar for Spring Pictures!

We will begin our annual "Chocolate Candy Bar" fundraiser on Tues. March 4th thur Fri. April 4th. Students must have a signed permission slip from a parent to receive a box. Please note that we cannot accept any unsold bars for return. To qualify for prizes, students must pay the full $60 per box by April 4th. We’d love for everyone to join in and help make this fundraiser a fun success!
