Facilities Use

For all requests for events July 1, 2025 and beyond, LCS will be using an online platform through Operations Hero.

To apply for Facilities Use, please follow the appropriate instructions below to complete your Facilities Use request form.

Lee County Schools supports the use of school facilities for non-school purposes. All requests for use of school facilities must be submitted to the school's principal a minimum of thirty (30) working days in advance of the expected usage date. Full details on the facility use policy and forms to complete an application can be found at the link below. Questions about rental at a specific site should be directed to the Facility Rental Contact at that site.

Please ensure that you have read through the FULL Facilities Use Packet as well as Policy 5030 & Regulation 5030-R prior to contacting the Facility Rental Contact below.
