LCS will operate on a 2-hour delay for students and staff on Tuesday, September 17. This delay will allow for additional daylight hours to ensure the safe travel of buses & provide extra time to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule should conditions change overnight.
Fall Intersession is here! We had a fin-tastic 1st quarter. We will see our Tigersharks again on October 7.
Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will take Check Ins on October 8, 9, and 10. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30am. As always please be sure your child arrives to school on time. We appreciate your support!
Our Tigersharks are super excited about the Tigershark Fall Intersession Writing Challenge. This optional work is coming home over break.
Our 3rd graders and Dual Language 1st and 2nd grade classes performed a beautiful collaborative program tonight!
Volunteers Needed on October 9th, 10th, and 11th. On October 9th we will need volunteers to help unload the items off of the truck and organize by student and classroom. Tramway has an exciting project coming up in late October! Our current 5th graders were in Kindergarten for our 2019 Art for the Sky project so we are bringing it back to Tigershark Territory.

Download the Campus Parent app from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and search for your District Name and State. Skip to Step 6.
If using a web browser, visit infinitecampus.com and click Login at the top right.
Search for your District Name and State. Select your district from the list.
Click Parent/Student and then click Campus Parent.
Click New User?
Enter your Activation Key in the space provided and then Submit. The activation key was sent to the guardian email address at your child's school.
Enter a Username and Password and click Submit.
The state accountability results are in, and Tramway Elementary has earned a “B” for the sixth time. With a nine-point gain in student achievement, they have positioned themselves among the top-performing elementary schools in the state. #LCSthrive
We would like to give a shark shout out to the Carolina Jazz Orchestra!
Our students had a great time hearing the Heart of Carolina Jazz Orchestra perform this past Friday morning. Author, Trinity Bursey, read her book, "The Day the Instruments Split," as the orchestra played music to go along with the story for our 1st- 3rd grade students!

Good afternoon! Tramway is putting the finishing touches on progress reports. A printed report will come home with students on Monday, August 26.
Lee Co. Health Department will be holding an Immunization/Vaccine Clinic for school-required vaccines September 9th-18th. Call the Health Department at 919-718-4640 to schedule your student's appointment. Appointments can also be scheduled with your medical provider's office
