PTSO is having a Raffle from Oct. 7- Oct. 22; the $500 winner will be drawn at the East Lee/SanLee home football game. The student who sells the winning ticket will also win $100 and the classroom from where the winning ticket was sold will receive $100.
There will be a Sandra´s Doughnut and juice breakfast for the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade class that has sold the most tickets by the end of the day on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Doughnuts and Juice will be delivered by the end of that week.

Lee County Schools is partnering with Downtown Sanford, Inc., Visit Sanford and others to collect items for our neighbors in Western NC who have seen their communities and homes devastated by flooding. You can send donation items on the list below with your child to school or you can deliver your items to the Visit Sanford Welcome Center (229 Carthage St.) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Our students successfully participated in our monthly fire drill this morning at 9:00 am. All went well and students and staff are back to their classrooms, hard at work!
Today in Mrs. Braren's science class students learned about physical and chemical changes. Students did 5 various experiments and had to decide if the change was physical or chemical. They provided evidence as they filled out their lab sheet. #StallionsRISE
