Our students successfully participated in our monthly fire drill this morning at 9:00 am. All went well and students and staff are back to their classrooms, hard at work!
Today in Mrs. Braren's science class students learned about physical and chemical changes. Students did 5 various experiments and had to decide if the change was physical or chemical. They provided evidence as they filled out their lab sheet. #StallionsRISE

Cross Country will practice on Tuesday, Sept. 24 until 4 pm. There will be a mandatory parent meeting immediately following practice.
Golf will practice on the following dates:
Monday practice at Quail Ridge until 4:30
Wednesday practice at Sanford Golf Course until 4:30.
Mandatory parent meeting at 4:30 on Wednesday.

Today's home football game, 9/18, against North Moore has been cancelled. The game will be rescheduled, and we will post that date once it is decided. Football will not practice. Cheer is still on.

Today 9/17/24 Bus 103 will have a sub-bus driver and will be delayed about 40 minutes we ask for your patience. Thank you.
LCS will operate on a 2-hour delay for students and staff on Tuesday, September 17. This delay will allow for additional daylight hours to ensure the safe travel of buses & provide extra time to make any necessary adjustments to our schedule should conditions change overnight.
