COVID Information for Families

Quarantined Office Hours for Students

To make sure quarantined students remain on track with assignments and the curriculum, the district offers virtual office hours during the afternoon and evening for grades K-12.

Certified teachers within the district are available virtually to all quarantined students at various times from 3-8 pm throughout the week to answer questions, review curricula and support students and parents throughout the duration of their quarantine.

Google Links For Office Hours by Subject

The link above shows each google link to reach core teachers.  Students must use the LCS student email address to access links. Please note high school courses are on the last two pages.

Office hours are provided by certified teachers throughout the district and they will serve students at all schools.  All school and district rules/policies should continue to be followed during office hours.

LCHS teachers are required to keep updated Canvas pages for absent students.  If you need assistance, email the teacher or appropriate administrator and counselor.

*Families should stay in contact through phone calls and/or email with our school and teachers when a student is required to quarantine or isolate.  Absences accrued from being quarentined by the Health Department will be documented in our PowerSchool system, but are not counted against a student's overall attendance for seat time purposes in classes.
