  • Conditioning for Fall Sports and Band Camp Delayed

    As we continue to monitor the trends regarding COVID-19, Lee County Schools is delaying both voluntary conditioning for fall sports and band camp until further notice. Yesterday the N.C. High School Athletic Association announced it would delay the start of high school practice until at least Sept. 1. We will continue to follow the guidance of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the Lee County Health Department as we work to safely resume these activities. We will keep you updated.

  • Incoming students ages 4 and 5 must have a physical exam for placement in August

    Please remember that 4 and 5 year olds need physical exams and/or vaccinations for school placement in August. Many providers are offering well child checks during this time. Please call your doctor/health care provider for an appointment if you have not had a well child appointment within the past year. We all want to have our children up to date on their vaccines and healthy and ready for school in August.
