Student Transfer Information

Parents who wish to transfer their student to a school other than the one to which they are assigned must complete a Lee County Schools Request for In-County Student Transfer or a Lee County Schools Request for Out-of County Student Transfer. A Behavior/Academic/Attendance Agreement must be completed for all transfer requests with the parent and student’s signature. 

For Out-of County Student Transfer Request the parent must obtain a release from the Board of Education in the county where the student resides. This release must accompany the transfer form and the Behavior/Academic/Attendance Agreement. The Lee County Board of Education makes all decisions regarding non-employee out of county student transfers as tuition payments may be required.
