My name is Mrs. Keisha Rollins, and I am absolutely thrilled to join the W.B. Wicker Elementary family as your new Assistant Principal! As a long-time educator in Lee County Schools, I have spent the past 18 years serving our district across a wide variety of roles, including instructional assistant, bus driver, middle and high school math teacher, and academic coach.
My approach to school leadership is straightforward: lead with people first, stay grounded in purpose, and never stop learning. I am deeply committed to building strong relationships and collaborating with our families and staff to create a school culture where every single student feels seen, heard, and valued. With my background in mathematics, I am especially excited to dive into Wicker's fantastic, inquiry-based STEAM curriculum!
Outside of school, my greatest joy is spending quality time with my family. I am a proud wife and mom to a wonderful blended family, which includes my husband, my two bonus sons, and my three children—a daughter who is a college junior, a son who is a high school senior, and a son in 7th grade. In my free time, I also love traveling, buying shoes, trying new restaurants, and enjoying the game of basketball.
