Homebound Services
Students with individual medical issues that prevent in-person attendance may request medical homebound services. Please read the Homebound Information for Parents carefully prior to completing the Request for Homebound Services form, which requires completion by both the parent/guardian and the child's physician.
Students in our Section 504/Exceptional Children programs may ask their 504/IEP teams to consider other service delivery options on a case-by-case basis.
