What is AR?
What is AR?
Accelerated Reader (AR) is a program that helps teachers track and guide students’ reading. Students choose books at their own reading level, read them at their own pace, and take short quizzes afterward. The results give feedback to both the student and teacher, helping guide further reading practice.
Students’ reading levels are determined by a STAR Test, and books are selected using a color-coded system in the library. Books can come from the library, home, or bookstore. Children enjoy taking quizzes and can earn classroom incentives if they maintain an average score of 80% or higher.

This bike giveaway is open to students in Grades 1–5 only.
