    Hello,

Welcome to ninth grade Physical Education and Health. I am a graduate of Lee County High School.  I was a four sport athlete here at LCHS.  I earned the Player of the Year in Basketball in 1995 in the CAP Seven Conference.  I had the opportunity to play basketball for the Men's basketball program at CCCC in 1996. I transferred to  Methodist University and graduated in 1999 with a degree in Sports Management and minored in Physical Education. I was inducted into the  Methodist University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2006 for Women's Basketball. At Methodist,  I was selected  as a  Kodak All- American and Player of the year in 1999.  I  also coached Junior Varsity Basketball as well as assisted the Varsity team in 2007-20013 here at LCHS. GO JACKETS!!!!
I am a certified personal trainer through ACE the American Council on Exercise.  I train clients  of all ages and abilities in my home.  I am currently training for a 10 miler. I can excitingly say I can run a mile in under 7 minutes and a 5K in 22 minutes. I recently placed second overall in my first 5k in Greensboro and beat my brother who is a cop:)
