The Lee County Health Department in partnership with Optum Health and NCDHHS is providing Free COVID-19 Drive-Thru testing to the community at the Piggly Wiggly in Sanford, NC on the following dates:

• Friday, December 18 from 11am- 4pm
• Saturday, December 19, 9am-4pm
• Sunday, December 20, 9am-4pm.

Testing will also be offered at the Piggly Wiggly in Broadway, NC on the following dates:

• Saturday, December 26^th from 11am-4pm
• Sunday, December 27^th from 9am-4pm
