I have worked in K-12 public education for over 25 years.  My professional career in public education began over 25 years ago in Alamance County.  Upon earning my MSW degree, I became a school social worker serving students and families in pre-k through 12th grade.  Working with students and families inspired me to pursue my school administration certification.  I spent 13 years as an Assistant Principal for a K-12 public school in Alamance County.  In 2020, I began working for Lee County Schools.  I was honored to accept an Assistant Principal position at Southern Lee High School in 2022.  I look forward to working with the Southern Lee students, staff, and community in the years to come.  Southern Lee is truly an amazing place where everyone contributes to the overall success of our students.
