Dr. Erin W. Manuel
At Risk Coordinator: Lee County Schools
I am Dr. Erin W. Manuel At-Risk Coordinator for Lee County Schools. I am a graduate of Colgate University with a B.A. in Arts and Arts History, University of South Carolina- Masters in Arts in Teaching (M.A.T) Arts Education K-12 Certification, Fayetteville State University- Masters in School Administration (MSA) and my Ed.D from NC State University in Educational Leadership and Policy (GO PACK!).
I have 20 years in education, as a former teacher and administrator; I am excited to continue with my role as the At-Risk Coordinator with Lee County Schools.
I primarily work with high schools but also provide additional support to all students within the district. Student support and leadership teams may refer students who are at risk of dropping out, or who have multiple at-risk factors.
Upon referrals, case loads are identified and followed up by the at-risk coordinator. A corresponding plan is designed to meet the needs of the student and intervene to keep them on track for graduation within the 4-year cohort rate.
Please refer to the district website link to see more information related to at-risk services in Lee County Schools. I look forward to working with you all this year. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
