    Deirdre Walrath
    English Department
     
     
    Deirdre Walrath earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at UNC Chapel Hill and her Masters of Art in American and African American Literature at North Carolina A&T State University. She joined the faculty at Lee County High School five years ago with a focus on two of the Literary Renaissance Periods. She has worked in the area of Education since 2013 and has been teaching since 2015 with an emphasis placed on building a community that engages, inspires, challenges and values the creative and individual student voice.
