• Creating an Apple ID on a computer 

    1. Open iTunes. If you do not have iTunes, you can download iTunes here.
    2. From the Store menu, choose Create Account. Click Continue on the resulting screen.
    3. To proceed, you'll need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once you've read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, click the checkbox next to "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions."
    4. Click Continue. 
    5. Complete the form to create your free Apple ID (which is what you will use to log in to the iTunes Store).
    6. The form includes security questions for your protection, as well as an optional rescue email address. Learn more about the rescue email address.
    7. Once you've filled out the form, click Continue.
    8. If you receive a warning that the email address you entered is already associated with an Apple ID, follow these instructions about using an existing Apple ID instead.
    9. Provide a valid payment method and billing address. You will not be charged until you make a purchase.
    10. Once you've provided all the required billing information, click Continue.
    11. You will need to verify your email address. Check your email for a verification email from Apple.
    12. In the verification email you receive from Apple, click the Verify Now link.
    13. You'll be taken to the Apple ID page to verify your email address.
    14. Enter your email address and the password you used to create your Apple ID. Then, click Verify Address.
     To use your Apple ID at the iTunes Store

    1. Open the latest version of iTunes.
    2. Choose Store > Sign In from the Store menu.
    3. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Sign In.
    4. Click Review when asked to review your information.
    5. Enter your billing information, a credit card will be required.
    6. Click Continue when you're done entering your credit card and billing information.

    Set up iCloud on all your devices. The rest is automatic.

    Make sure your device is running the latest version of iOS.

    If you’re setting up a new iOS device, or to update to the latest version of iOS, go to the Settings menu, tap General, and tap Software Update to see if there’s an update available. Learn more about iOS

    Turn on iCloud.

    When you turn on a new iOS device or after you’ve completed the update to the latest version of iOS, follow the instructions in the setup assistant to activate your device and set up iCloud.1

    If you skipped the setup process, tap the Settings icon on the Home screen, select iCloud, then enter your Apple ID.

    Customize your settings.

    Tap the Settings icon and select iCloud. Tap the On/Off switches to enable individual iCloud services. To enable iCloud Backup, tap Storage & Backup and turn on iCloud Backup.

    Enable automatic downloads in Store settings.

    To enable automatic downloads for your music, apps, and books, tap the Settings icon on the Home screen and select Store.2

    Turn on iCloud for the rest of your devices.

    1. Wi-Fi or other Internet connection required.
    2. Automatic downloads and downloading previous purchases require iOS 4.3.3 or later on iPhone 3GS or later, iPod touch (3rd generation or later), or iPad; iOS 5 or later on iPhone 4 (CDMA model); or a Mac or PC with iTunes 10.3.1 or later. Previous purchases may be unavailable if they are no longer in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBookstore. Downloading previous movie purchases requires iTunes 10.6 or later, iOS 5 or later, or Apple TV software 4.3 or later. Not all previously purchased movies are available for downloading to your other devices. Download iTunes 10.7 free.

    iCloud requires iOS 5 or later on iPhone 3GS or later, iPod touch (3rd generation or later), or iPad; a Mac computer with OS X Lion or later; or a PC with Windows Vista or Windows 7 (Outlook 2007 or 2010 or an up-to-date browser is required for accessing email, contacts, and calendars). Some features require iOS 6 and OS X Mountain Lion. Some features require a Wi-Fi connection. Some features are not available in all countries. Access to some services is limited to 10 devices.

    Switching iCloud Accounts:
    1. Go to SETTINGS
    2. Click on iTunes & App Stores
    3. Click on Apple ID
    4. Click on Sign Out
    5. A new window will appear asking for your Apple ID and Password.  Enter your information.
    6. Click Sign In 
    If you don't have an Apple ID, click on CREATE NEW APPLE ID and complete the information.
