Angela Fallin8th Grade6th Grade (Last name A-L)Hello Stallion Nation! My name is Angela Fallin and I am the counselor for all 8th graders and those 6th graders with the last name A-L.I am honored to serve the students, parents, and staff here at SanLee. I have 23 years of combined experience as a school counselor, career development coordinator, and special populations advocate prior to joining the SanLee Middle School team. Most of this time has been spent at the high school level, so I am extremely excited to be working with our 8th graders preparing them for their next step...... High School!!!I obtained my Bachelor's degree from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC and my Master's degree in School Counseling from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. I have lived in Sanford for the past seven years. I am the proud mom of two daughters named Whitley and Claudia. Whitley is 22 years old and working full time, while Claudia is a Junior at Lee County High School. Go Jackets!!!Education is important for future success and I am extremely passionate about students learning vital soft skills they will need to be successful in life, no matter their career path/journey. I am excited to be working with the students, helping them develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. My goal is to support all students in any way I can while at SanLee Middle. This is my 1st year at San Lee Middle School and I am so excited to be a part of the Stallion nation. In 2019, I earned my B.S. in Psychology from Campbell University. I also graduated with my M.Ed. in School Counseling from Campbell in 2022. I was born and raised in Sanford, NC and I am so happy to be serving students and families in our community.
I love working with students to set academic and personal goals, while also promoting social-emotional wellness. I also enjoy helping students learn more about college and the different career fields they may be interested in. I strive to show empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to the students that I work with and help them realize the potential of their future.
