    Class Rules:

    • Phones off, brains on. Yes, we will incorporate technology through the use of cell phones at some points throughout the semester, but that will be as a class or by special request. Please turn phones completely off when entering the room. This helps us all to engage and collaborate at a higher level.
    • Be honest & take pride in your own work. Cheating will not be tolerated.  All students participating will receive a zero, in addition to a phone call home & a referral to an administrator.
    • Eat & drink during your breakfast/lunch. Do not bring your breakfast/lunch/snack into this classroom – and only water bottles are allowed. It is not only poor manners to eat in class, but is also unfair and inconsiderate to other students. As a class, we will plan special occasions for food and drink.
    • Be helpful & kind. Maintain a positive attitude about school, work, classmates and teachers. Let’s cooperate and help each other when we can. We are all in this together.
    • Be Respectful. Don’t distract others while they are speaking by talking to others, interrupting, or moving around the room.
    • Be on time. Every day we will have bell ringers or another opening exercise that requires us to be ready when the bell rings. Be in your seat before the bell rings. 5 tardies = after school detention.
    • Be smart on the computers- Only use the computers for class assignments, and only as instructed.
