North Carolina has been approved by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to begin a new program that will help families who have been economically impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.  The Pandemic - Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) Program will help families purchase food for their children.
