Lee County Schools Mental Health Support Team

The Mental Health Support Team (MHST) of Lee County Schools provides mental and behavioral health support to students and staff throughout the school system. School-based staff refer students whose mental and/or behavioral health needs cannot adequately be addressed within the typical school environment.  Upon referral, cases are staffed according to the needs of the student and corresponding expertise of the MHST members.
