    The purpose of career planning is to enable students to plan for their future. It is important for all students to have a career plan and to develop a career portfolio. Do you want to go on to post-secondary education after high school? Or, do you want to go right to work? In the Lee County High School Career Center, Mrs. Baucom can help you with that decision. You can also find assistance with job searches, interviewing, resume writing, career exploration, college applications, self assessments and much more.

    CFNC CFNC.org has a wealth of information regarding colleges and financial aide. Students can learn which careers match you interests and personality, keep records of high school grades, honors, test scores, and activities and track your progress towards meeting specific college entrance requirements. You can also apply online to over 100 NC colleges, submit financial aid applications and check the status of your student loans. Parents can access your NC 529 College Savings Plan Accounts, apply for parent loans for college expenses and check the status of your parent or Stafford loans.
