All regular Board meetings begin at 6 p.m. in the Jimmy L. Love, Sr. Board Room located in the Core Curricular Building (Building 1200) on the Lee County High School campus, located at 1708 Nash St., Sanford, NC. Parking is available in the front of the school, and attendees may enter the building by using the main entrance.

In order that the board may fairly and adequately discharge its overall responsibility, citizens of Lee County desiring to address the board are given the opportunity to sign-up the day of the meeting in order to be placed on the board agenda. Sign-up begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting and ends 5 minutes before the start of the meeting. The chairperson will allow three (3) minutes per person, not to exceed 30 minutes for public comments.
