B.K., a student at Southern Lee High School, received the Tom Suiter Extra Effort Award on April 22. The senior has excelled not only in academics, but in 3 sports during her career at the school - volleyball, basketball and softball. She has signed to play softball next year with Virginia Tech. The award was presented by Tom Suiter.
